I'm having problems accessing the Wi-Fi on my East Coast train. What should I do?
Most mobile devices are set up to access Wi-Fi straight away. Here's how it should work:
1) Select the 'EastCoast-WiFi' network when prompted (or in your Wi-Fi settings)
2) Launch your internet browser and you should then be directed to the East Coast landing page eastcoastwifi.train where you can log on to the service
3) Enjoy browsing!
