Cream returns to Montrose town hall with he original superstar DJ Tall Paul! Following the hugely successful event in March 2020, Cream Classics returns to Montrose and will be headlined by iconic DJ Tall Paul. Tickets are expected to sell out VERY quickly! TALL PAUL Tall Paul began his DJing career in 1987 at the tender age of 16, playing for office parties at his dad's nightclub Turnmills. He then went on to produce one of the all time dance anthems Let Me Show You under his Camisra alias. Hes also known for dance classic Rock Da House, and his Precious Heart remix of INXSs Never Tear Us Apart. This success has lead him to DJ all over the world and produce a series of remix projects for artists such as New Order, Stone Roses, Erasure, Human League, Marc Almond, Wild Child, Hyperlogic, Cappella, Duran Duran, Nalin & Kane, Blondie, Bizarre Inc, Dina Carroll and many more. CREAM If we journey 35 years into the past and into Liverpool city centre you would land somewhere close to Nation Nightclub, Wolstenholme Square. Home of Cream. When Darren Hughes, Andy Carrol and James Barton (who was a resident DJ at Quadrant Park decided to start Cream, it was also a poignant moment in musical history. This became THE best known nightclub in the UK. Cream went on to quickly become the biggest dance brand in the world, 1998 saw the first ever Creamfields take place. It was staged in Winchester in Southern England attracting 25,000 people and featuring live performances from Run DMC, Primal Scream and DJ sets from over 100 DJs including the likes of Daft Punk, Paul van Dyk and Sasha. Over 20 years later and Creamfields has established itself as biggest dance music festival in the world.
