Your guide to Wi-Fi
Wireless internet access is available on East Coast trains and in East Coast First Class Lounges.
Whether you need to check your email, find out what's happening at your destination, or simply do a spot of online shopping, the East Coast wireless service lets you stay connected on the move.
The technology uses mobile data connections to ensure continuous service along the entire East Coast route. Our system automatically selects the best connection in the area, which means your session remains uninterrupted throughout your journey, even in tunnels.
On-board Wi-Fi is free for First Class passengers. In Standard Class passengers get 15 minutes free usage and extra usage costs are £4.95 per hour and £9.95 for 24 hours.
East Coast Rewards members can get 24 hours free on-board Wi-Fi when travelling in Standard for just 50 Points. Join Rewards now.
