LNER has once again been named a UK top employer by the Top Employers Institute. 

The award recognises LNER for its excellent work in areas including employee health and wellbeing, work environment and performance development. It’s the fifth year running that LNER has won the award. 

Top Employer status demonstrates LNER’s commitment and passion for creating a better world of work which is achieved by developing effective experiences through authentic people practices, policies and truly understanding every employee’s journey.
