Buy anytime, travel off-peak
If you're after some flexibility, but can travel when it's less busy, we offer some excellent fares in both First Class and Standard accommodation. You can buy Off-Peak tickets up to a few minutes before your train leaves and they're usually valid on the services of all train operators.
When there is more than one Off-Peak fare for a journey, the cheaper fare with more restrictions will be called Super Off-Peak.
Most East Coast Super Off-Peak tickets do not allow travel before 09.30 Monday - Friday (code 3V).
There are certain restrictions on Off-Peak tickets, so please check your ticket conditions before purchase.
