We have developed our 'Making Rail Accessible: helping older and disabled passengers' document that details the commitment we have made, and the facilities in place, to improve access to our services. A 'Word' version of this document is also available.
We also have a supporting document; 'Making Rail Accessible: guide to policies and practices’ that details how the commitments from the main document will be monitored and reviewed as well as some of the enhancement schemes that will be delivered by East Coast to improve access to our services. An A4-size hard copy of this document can be obtained by contacting our Customer Relations team.
