When can I travel?
You can book tickets for travel to and from the conference between 30 August and 5 September 2010.
How do I book?
This offer is exclusive to delegates of the conference. Tickets can only be booked online via the 'Book now' links on this page when bookings open. All major credit, debit and charge cards are accepted as payment. Terms and conditions
In addition to the National Rail Conditions of Carriage, the following conditions apply:
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of outward travel. Once a booking is made, no refunds will be allowed but tickets may be changed for a fee. There are no child, Railcard or other promotional discounts available with this offer.
- Travel is only permitted on the East Coast service you are reserved on, and no break of journey is allowed except to change to/from connecting trains where these are shown on your ticket or itinerary.
- The offer is available in First and Standard Class. If you have purchased a Standard Class ticket no upgrade to First Class will be allowed.
- The discount is only available on Advance tickets on East Coast trains to/from Durham.
