Meet the Manager

MEET THE MANAGER 2012

East Coast is giving customers the opportunity to air their opinions about our train services, stations and customer service at a series of ‘Meet the Manager’ sessions across the route.

Over the forthcoming months, senior East Coast managers will be available on the concourse at each of our managed stations to meet rail users in person and hear their views about the service.

In addition to our 12 managed stations at Dunbar, Berwick-upon-Tweed, Newcastle, Durham, Darlington, York, Doncaster, Retford, Wakefield Westgate, Newark Northgate, Grantham and Peterborough, sessions will also be held at Network Rail major stations - London King’s Cross, Edinburgh Waverley and Leeds.

We hope that customers will take a break from their journeys and use the opportunity to talk directly to us about rail issues, good or bad, providing valuable feedback on how we can further improve our service.

Wednesday 7 March - 16.30 - 18.30 at Dunbar station
