Qualification levels
Membership of East Coast Rewards is open to those who travel most frequently with East Coast*.
For new members you’ll need to be able to demonstrate that you’ve travelled with East Coast to the value of £1,800 in any consecutive three-month period during the previous 6 months.
*There are some exceptions and the following tickets will not count towards membership:
- All Standard Class Season Tickets
- All Standard Class Period Travelcards
- All Rail Rovers
- Photocopies of tickets
First Class Annual Season Ticket holders may submit a photocopy of their First Class Annual Season Ticket and Photo ID card.
